It's amazing that what used to be considered a very strange ak designed shotgun is now one of the hottest things on the market. Before all the "tactical" stuff happenned these things would sit on table at gunshows for the low price of around $200.00. Then the three gunners snatched them up and used them in competion along with their A.R.s and STI pistols. The ATF took a look at them with the aftermarket extended mags and thought that maybe the should reclassify these as a destructive device and limit the sale to L.E. and military.(decision still pending) Price shot through the roof as demand soared. Now you are lucky to even find a stock shotgun without all tactical additions and if you do be prepared to pay dearly.
@dangerousdan58 - $2500.00 and 3 to 4 weeks for delivery after your payment has been made. But all starts with a NIB original russian Saiga 12 ga shotgun. Custom everything from there. pretty nice though. Also like the 12 + 1 Kel-Tec tactical shotgun. A little cheaper but not as many bells and whistles.
